The report examines emerging GLI trends and insights in three countries, namely Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. These countries are leading the way for GLI investments in Southeast Asia and provide fascinating case studies for the broader region. This report includes insights generated through case studies and extensive interviews with more than 30 investors and ecosystem actors in the three countries, including both local and global actors making investments and supporting enterprises in these countries. We highlight investor motivations for pursuing gender lens investing, challenges faced, opportunities, and gender lens investing practices.
